《高大連携》グローバルディスカッション × 県内高校生 Global Discussion × Local High School Students
国際コミュニケーションコースの授業に県内高校生が参加し、ポーランドの高校生と英語で意見交換しました！Connecting Cultures: Japanese and Polish Students Share Ideas in English!
令和7年6月9日（月）に、浜田キャンパス国際コミュニケーションコースの授業「グローバルディスカッション」で、県内高校生18名（浜田高校3名、松江南高校11名、松江市立皆美が丘女子高校4名）が参加し、ポーランドの高校生23名と英語で意見交換を行いました。
この授業は、海外の学生とオンライン等でつながり、英語で意見交換をして、複数の異なる文化圏の学生と自分の文化を共有します。
県立大学生16名と、ポーランドの大学生10名は高校生をサポートしました。
On Monday, June 9, 2025, the “Global Discussion” class was held at the Hamada Campus as part of the International Communication Course. A total of 18 high school students from within the prefecture ( 3 from Hamada High School, 11 from Matsue Minami High School, and 4 from Matsue Municipal Minamigaoka Girls’ High School) participated and engaged in English-based discussions with 23 high school students from Poland.
This class connects students with peers overseas through online platforms, encouraging them to exchange ideas in English and share their own cultures with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
16 students from the University of Shimane and 10 university students from Poland supported the high school participants.

日本の高校生もポーランドの高校生も、異国の生徒や文化に触れたことに心をときめかせた様子で、「機会があればまた参加したい」とそれぞれ感想を話していました。
大学の授業に参加し、英語で話すことに緊張したかもしれませんが、高校生の皆さんにとって、少しでも学びのある時間になったらうれしいです。
浜田高校、松江南高校、松江市立皆美が丘女子高校のみなさん、そしてポーランドから参加してくださったみなさん、ありがとうございました！
Both the Japanese and Polish high school students seemed genuinely excited to experience different cultures and interact with peers from abroad. Each of them shared their impressions, saying, “I’d love to participate again if I get the chance.”
Although they may have felt nervous speaking English during the university class, We hope this experience offered even a small opportunity for learning and growth.
Thank you to all the students from Hamada High School, Matsue Minami High School, and Matsue Municipal Minamigaoka Girls’ High School, as well as to everyone who joined us from Poland!
